RMG POLYVINYL INDIA LTD

The RMG Polyvinyl facility in Cheyyar was constructed to accommodate large-scale production and warehousing for plastic and polymer-based products. With a massive footprint of 60,000 sq. ft, this factory was designed to support heavy-duty machinery, raw material storage, and streamlined internal processes.

The layout integrates spacious bays and dock-level access points for logistics ease. The PEB structure features durable sheet cladding, insulation, and a high clear-span to allow flexibility in future modifications. Floor loading capacities were enhanced based on expected machine weights and movement.

This project reinforces MRB PEB’s strength in delivering durable infrastructure for polymer and plastic manufacturing industries.
