SARA LEATHERS

This factory for Sara Leathers was developed in Katpadi to support leather processing and production activities. Spread across 20,000 sq. ft, the structure was designed to manage heavy industrial loads, water treatment zones, and production machinery installations.

Built using steel frame construction, the facility includes a long-span design to reduce internal obstructions and enhance workflow continuity. The foundation was reinforced to support industrial chemical resistance, essential for tanning and leather processing activities.

With this project, MRB PEB demonstrated early proficiency in delivering industry-specific infrastructure aligned with manufacturing regulations.
