AMMACHI MASALA

Built to serve spice and food product manufacturing, this 6,000 sq. ft factory was executed for Ammachi Masala in Puducherry. The facility was designed with an emphasis on hygiene, food safety, and streamlined processing.

The construction included PEB frames, washable wall panels, and provisions for machinery layout specific to grinding, drying, and packing operations. Ventilation, lighting, and drainage systems were planned to maintain product quality and workflow efficiency. The compact layout was engineered for smooth input-output movement, minimal cross-contamination, and easy maintenance.
