MARUTHI MOULDING

Located in Chennai, this 5,000 sq. ft factory was developed for Maruthi Moulding to support plastic moulding and related industrial processes. The project required an efficient use of limited space and smooth operational zoning.

The PEB-based factory included insulated roof panels, adequate natural lighting provisions, and thermal control for maintaining raw material conditions. Floor strength was calibrated to hold machinery used in injection and compression moulding. The internal layout was kept flexible to support reconfiguration based on future needs.

Despite its compact nature, the project achieved high functional output and remains a model of efficient small-scale industrial infrastructure.
