SARA LEATHERS

Sara Leathers’ second facility, developed in Ranipet, extends over 25,000 sq. ft and was built for leather processing and product manufacturing. The factory required a controlled work environment to support wet and dry processing, drying, and finishing stages.

The facility’s design involved chemical-resistant materials, overhead structural clearance for drying systems, and side bays for logistics movement. The structure was completed using PEB frameworks with extended bay spacing, giving the factory a modern, open-plan workflow for industrial-grade operations.

This factory continues to serve as a key production unit in the leather industry cluster of Ranipet.
