AGRI GODOWN

Developed as a large-scale agri-commodity storage unit, this 30,000 sq. ft godown in Rameshwaram was built to support seasonal harvest storage and buffer stock maintenance for agricultural producers and traders.

The structure includes high-eave heights for bulk grain storage, natural ventilation channels to prevent spoilage, and weather-resistant roofing. Floor treatment was done to resist moisture and support long-term storage loads. The PEB solution enabled fast completion to match the seasonal timeline and procurement requirements of local agri-economies.

The godown strengthens Rameshwaram’s storage infrastructure with durable, efficient, and easy-to-maintain warehousing.
