Eskay Cartons’ manufacturing unit in Manimangalam was developed as a large-format packaging production facility, covering 30,000 sq. ft. The structural planning focused on smooth machine layout, raw material handling, and a dust-controlled environment to suit packaging production processes.

Built with pre-engineered steel frameworks, the factory features high ceilings and column-free spans that accommodate large-scale equipment setups. Adequate natural lighting and ventilation provisions were incorporated to ensure a healthy and energy-efficient workspace.

The project stands as a testament to MRB PEB’s early footprint in delivering high-capacity industrial facilities with enduring build quality.
