This 40,000 sq. ft industrial unit was developed for Gunal Sarogi in the Vallam Vadagal industrial zone of Oragadam. The factory is designed to cater to medium- to large-scale manufacturing and processing operations.

The structure was executed using PEB systems, ensuring quicker assembly and reduced on-site disruptions. The facility includes high-clearance roofing, wide internal bays for equipment setup, and appropriate thermal insulation, making it suitable for a wide range of production environments.

Its structural grid was planned to accommodate machinery placement, raw material flow, and workforce movement seamlessly, reflecting modern industrial efficiency in every aspect.
