SM Infra & Projects required a mid-scale warehouse to enhance their storage and material handling capacity in Ayimicheri. The structure was designed over 37,000 sq. ft, focusing on utility, durability, and alignment with future expansion possibilities.

Using robust PEB construction methodologies, the warehouse was built with precision-engineered steel structures, proper ventilation planning, and weather-proof cladding materials to suit varying industrial needs. Its layout ensures smooth logistics flow, providing ample space for both ground operations and vertical stacking.

Strategically executed, this project strengthens the industrial backbone of the Walajapet zone by offering a modern, compliant, and future-ready storage facility.
